About

Hi! I'm Mary

I’m passionate about helping people find hope and restoration in relationships.  The resources you’ll find on my site have played a big part in my own life.

A few words about me

Mary is a member of the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA.org) with a master’s degree in Christian Clinical Counseling, utilizing Temperament Assessment. She is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).  Her certifications include: Brain Health Coach and Licensed Trainer with Amen University, along with recently completing the Food Matters Nutrition Coaching program with Food Matters Institute.

Mary has volunteered with Royal Family Kids enabling kids in foster care the opportunity to attend summer camp, monthly club meetings and mentorships.  She has volunteered with her local Pregnancy Care Center showering expecting mothers with food, fun, and much needed baby gifts.  Recently, she finds herself volunteering her resources and knowledge through leading a recovery based support group at her local church and leading “How We Love” and “Brain Thrive by 25” classes with non-profit  organizations.

Mary enjoys hiking, powerwalking, gardening, reading and cuddling with her American Pit Bull Terrier, Atarah, a certified therapy dog.

Her greatest accomplishment was tackling her fear of heights by climbing and repelling Stein Glacier in Switzerland with her daughter, which she swears she will never do again.
